At mygpsupdate.store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (Map Update Services)
Non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content and software downloads, map updates and software services are final and non-refundable once delivered or activated.
If you experience technical issues, contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll assist in resolving the problem.
2. Physical Products (GPS Units)
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
A. Eligibility Window
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
B. Conditions for Return
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
C. Return Process
- Contact support at support@mygpsupdate.store to initiate the return.
- We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Once received and inspected, you’ll receive a refund within 7–10 business days.
D. Defective or Incorrect Items
- Notify us within 5 days of delivery if you received a defective or wrong item.
- We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened software or digital codes
- GPS units that have been installed or modified
- Items marked “Final Sale”
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your payment provider.
- Then, contact us at support@mygpsupdate.store if you still have not received it.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase unless the order has already been processed or shipped. After this window, orders cannot be canceled.
